Lampasas Hardware & Contractor Supply in conjunction with Vision Downtown Lampasas! and their volunteers, are painting the town… with murals no less!
Hopefully you have already gone by and viewed the finish mural on Jerry Goodson’s building which is on Western Street near its intersection with Fourth Street (Loop 257). It is a magnificence mural of boots with a metal Texas Ranger badge. The mural honors the many boot makers who have called Lampasas home. This mural was recently completed by Vision Downtown Lampasas! and Mr. Goodson who has his surveying company office in this historic building.

The current Vision Downtown Lampasas! project, which is in progress right now, is on the north side of the Lampasas Hardware and Contractor Supply building which is on the corner of Western Street and its intersection with Second Street.

This mural will depict the history of the Lampasas Hardware and Contractor Supply building which includes everything from a car dealership to a bowling alley! The mural will cover the entire north wall of the Lampasas Hardware and Contractor Supply building, which is large to say the least!
